Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

We can’t believe it: it is our third Beary Christmas 🙂 It is a great occasion to say thank you to all the great people, friends and customers who supported us. Even if it is just by reading our blog, subscribing to the newsletter, sharing and liking our posts on social media, we profoundly appreciate it. A special thanks goes to our trainees, who despite the difficulties that 2021 brought, believed in us and kept training hard.

Team Beary Strong will take some time off from the blog and social media until January 1st, but feel free to contact us for whatever question you have or support you need to reach your goals. In the meantime, enjoy Christmas with your beloved one, eat protein and start strong in 2021! 😉

We should eat more fish, especially fatty fish like salmon, but many people are afraid of cooking it. Like steak, fish is (rightfully) expensive and rather easily ruined by overcooking. What You Need To Know About Hydration

Everything you need to quench your thirst for knowledge.

If there is one thing that all the health and fitness professionals seem to agree upon, it is hydration. Usually you hear statments like “drinking water is important” and seemingly random recommendations like “drink 8-10 glasses of water a day”, but nobody explains why it is important and what happens if you don’t drink enough, what you should drink and if guidelines like “8-10 glasses of water” actually make sense for everybody. I wanted to know more, I wanted to jump into the murky waters of hydration and this is what I found. Enjoy!

Strong New Year!

Dear readers, there is no better way to end 2018 than with gorgeous friends and a full body session at Das Gym! I hope you are also enjoying New Year’s Eve, are looking back to a fulfilling year and looking forward to a kickass 2019.

For us two, it was an exciting year: we started Bearystrong, wrote lots of articles, traveled a lot, coached our first clients (thank you for your trust!) and made some nice strength and mass gains. We are looking forward to inspire and help more people in 2019 and growing stronger and awesome 😉 There are already some exciting things planned… stay tuned and see you soon!
